Bernie is going to have trouble getting his agenda through when he returns to Congress

If the reports are true that Bernie was booed by House Dems, then it's safe to say that he's going to have a tough time working with Dems in Congress to get his agenda passed.

If your co-workers don't like you, it's hard to get anything done.

This is why many people think Sanders squandered his opportunity shortly after the primaries ended.

I'm not sure where he's gonna go from here.

1. First of all, when Hillary is President, we'll be talking about HER agenda.

A lone Senator doesn't get to decide the legislative agenda for the entire government.

Secondly, politics is about building relationships and getting allies. Bernie never figured that part out. That's why his concession is a big deal. If he continues poking his thumb in the eye of the people he has to work with, they're never going to want to give him what he wants. Why would they? Why should they? They, and President Clinton, will merrily go about doing business the way they want to.

Congress.

The president does, as do (to a lesser extent) the House Speaker and Senate Majority Leader.

Nancy Pelosi didn't have to arrange for Bernie Sanders to address the House Democrats in the first place. Apparently, she likes him.

and he will have to deal with it. He has made things harder for himself.
Meanwhile, Trump supporters are becoming completely unhinged at the prospect of Madame President. It looks like violence could break out. Bernie and his "Bernie or bust" die hard supporters are not standing up for our nominee who is the one who will be standing up for the democrat platform Bernie helped craft.

... because he specializes in bitching, moaning, and finger wagging rather than accomplishing anything. That is precisely why he has always been so ineffective. And he will be exactly the same when he returns to the senate.
