Is the person shooting police in Dallas now (Larry O'Donnel MSNBC now)trying to start a race war?

It is said that a long gun is being used. I doubt it is anyone black with a long gun.

There's been a race war going on, leveled against blacks by police and white
supremacists, for some time now. Why do you think white supremacists have been
joining police forces for at lease 10 years?
