We will elect Hillary Clinton and hopefully at least gain control of the Senate and better portion of the House, as well as various state governorships, legislative seats, judgeships.

My hope is that after the social and economic progress made in 16 years of Democratic national leadership, right-wing demographics will have shifted from the "Southern strategy," anti-Democrat, ultraconservative attack dogs the Republican electorate was trained to be to a more rational, pre-1980s mindset.

As it is, today's conservative millennials are very different from what their parents and grandparents became over the past 35 years.
