Why does MSNBC keep focusing on a sign saying "SOCIALISM SUCKS?"

Every time the commentator talks that sign is in the background.

....all I know is from what I saw he's right in the middle of the panel shot and holding it up when they switch to that.....

He's photobombing them. Unless you don't want to see the commentators then other than them going down there and throwing him off a public street out they are stuck.
