1. I doubt Melania wrote it.

Trump's campaign is populated by rank amateurs, like whoever designed the short-lived TP logo. Some similarly unqualified stooge probably wrote the speech, not stopping to think about the fact sooner or later somebody would notice the plagiarized part.
