Trump says America doesn't "win" anymore

what are some good responses to that in a debate?

Osama bin Laden is dead, GM is alive?

Oil imports have fallen from 11 million barrels/day in 2008 to 4.6 million barrels/day under Obama while gas prices are now fairly low.

With the turmoil regarding Brexit and the EU, the dollar is still the world's "reserve" currency.

Not really great stuff, but it's still early in the morning for me.

Based on what he's said over the past year: Iraq war was a disaster, trade deficits, budget deficit, trade deals with China, Nafta, ISIS, job outsourcing, illegal immigration, etc.

we lost some banks, we nearly lost the stock market, we lost a whole lot of jobs, we sure didn't "win" in the middle east....

he's partially running against Bush, too. Part of his big splash on the GOP scene was his slamming Bush and the Iraq War to the outrage of Jeb Bush.
