14. Ryan wants to reinvent the republicans so badly

But he is just a youngish guy trying to appeal to the same old ideas that we have heard from republicans since Barry Goldwater. He thinks because he doesn't have gray hair and doesn't need viagra that he is somehow fresh and exciting to gen x and millennials. He still doesn't understand that a fresh coat of paint on a dilapidated house doesn't fix anything. Everyone sees right through it and in the case of the "future republicans" its just more WASPS and racists.

He isn't doing anything new or exciting. He's just younger than Newt Gingrich and George Will, which he mistakes for "fresh" and "modern". As The Who said "meet the new boss, same as the old boss".
