A hero is nothing without a villain to vanquish, which is just as true in professional wrestling as it is in movies, television or books. WWE has no shortage of villains to choose from across its 60-year history.

The Donald knows how to entertain the rubes.

He had a copy of Ted's speech, he knew that Ted would not endorse, his "yellow cap" whips started the booing and encouraging the rest of the convention to boo, and Don knew when to make his entrance from the back of the convention.

It was all simply theater.
