Was there a keynote address?

I admit, I do not watch the convention. Watching relevant segments and reading here is more than enough for me.

But I remember Christie was the one in 2012 - "relying" on keynote speakers becoming the next candidates - and his whole speech was about... himself.

This whole thing has been such a clusterf*ck, I'd be hard pressed to identify any organising factor.

I guess Trump's kids have been the featured speakers so far?

I don't think there was...everything was always so far behind schedule, there could have been and we didn't know it.

Definitely not 2004 when the keynote speaker made an amazing first impression on everyone that watched!
