Apparently the speech leaked and it was not supposed to

Brock got it from a "source" in the Trump campaign.

A spy, perhaps.

However.
The speech needs to be embargoed and marked as such.
I.e.
Embargoed - no release until 9:00pm (or similar)
If not embargoed - then media have no obligation to hold out.

Of course it is filled with lies and distortions. And devoid of anything more than vague shadows of wished for policy.

But it seems to be the most professional thing put out by an amateur campaign, so I'm betting it will play on the teleprompter.

Whether tRump will deviate from it is an open question.
