Climate change. Trump thinks it's not real. Hillary sees the crisis and will work to address it. (Original Post) mahina Jul 2016 OP
So does that make then Clinton supporters? Language is getting confused, for me anyway. MichiganVote Jul 2016 #1

If I ever find a switch or a button on a human being, then it'll be easy. Till then we are just human beings, doing the best we can with what we've got. I guess it would be clearer to fully state the date and time that each accepted that Hillary has won the nomination and will be our candidate. Might get a little cumbersome to clearly express the process of accepting change over time.

How about you? Do you find a path forward that you can suggest for persuading people who worked for Bernie to help Hillary win?

trying to choose the correct name for just about anyone with any particular bent or issue or problem or whatever. I seem to get it right about 50% of the time.

All I know is that I tend to look more at the big picture, broader ramifications for this election and others seem to choose particular issues. Makes for some dicey conversations here and other places. I think that its worth mentioning that 'Bernie supporters' appear to be younger and I think we are all aware of the difficulties that our youth are having economically; college and housing costs etc. As a person of middle age, its good to keep in mind that we seem to have generational differences that either generation may,(not all) interpret as generational conflicts.

Its hard to look at what to me are the young and hope to be understood when I say four things about politics and life in the US:

You will make it if you expect to make your life better
You will make sacrifices and compromises
You will be disappointed and live through it
You must expect to choose wisely and accept that others will not; watch out for those that don't

Hope this helps!

I have been cool on Hillary in here, and yea even got a slap on the wrist for being negative, but this isn't the time to draw the line in the sand. It's time to save our nation, our planet from the cancerous scourge that festered out from the sewers of Cleveland last week. And if you think the way of doing that is a protest vote against Hillary then you are aiding in what the Trump clan will give us. And yes on climate change or any other environmental issues, even though I don't think HRC is as good as Senator Merkley, she is still pretty damn good and a godsend compared to the asshole she is running against.

Oh no, I have been cool on Hillary, but her first move in selecting her VP (who was NOT my pick, I was a Merkley or Warren guy) I still think is a brilliant move. He's terrific.
