Black people don't have the privilege of attempting to burn shit down just because we got out voted. We have been getting outvoted since time immemorial.. No, it's a majority white movement with some token minority voices. It has never had significant support from minority voters. Cornell West and Nina Turner don't disprove it.

That's just factually true. It doesn't matter if you've met some exceptions. Of course he has some minority supporters, and you know some.

Whether you think it was rooted in white privilege or not (I do), we need to be straight up about the demographic facts.

I watched and listened in awe as Elijah Cummings was speaking. When he was telling the story of his father and his history. I could barely hear him over the boos and jeers of the Bernie delegates and he rose to the occasion and made them look so small!
