Nebraskan befriended Hillary Clinton when he was 7 years old; tonight, he'll address the DNC

PHILADELPHIA — At a 1994 press conference on health care reform, first lady Hillary Clinton scooped a 7-year-old Nebraska boy into her arms and held him throughout her 10-minute speech.
Tonight, Ryan Moore, now 29, will tell thousands at the Democratic National Convention — and many others watching at home — about his long friendship with Clinton.
“I definitely have a little bit of nerves,” Moore told The World-Herald.
He’s been working with Clinton aides on his three-minute speech, trying to boil down a story that started in 1986, when he was born with a rare form of dwarfism.
