(96 posts)I still love hearing him. I'm just wondering if anyone has noticed the tremors in his hands? Especially the right thumb. It doesn't just look like nerves. I'm a bit worried about him.

(14,167 posts)We're hearing about their personal story as a husband and wife, their experience as parents of a child, we're learning about policy, and understanding why Hillary should be the next President of the United States.
No one has made the case better than her husband. He truly did what we needed to do.

(6,828 posts)Bill Clinton still has that charisma, and ability to connect with an audience. Makes you feel like he is talking not to an audience but to YOU

(19,037 posts)Completely personalizing Hillary in a way I never thought possible. This is the type of testament Trump's kids could never deliver.
People have no idea how incredible Hillary has been in her efforts to improve the world for 50 years.

What a fantastic speech!

(6,855 posts)I had one of the best jobs I ever had in the 1990s, after college.
Then in the new millienium, with that idiot Bush and his lack of security interest leading to 9/11, the company I worked for ended up going bankrupt in 2002.
I was unemployed for several years and then was part-time self-employed until 2009. That is when President Obama took office.
Interesting how I had a job during Democratic Presidencies and struggled for work during a Republican one.
So, yeah, I think I'll stay a Democrat for life.

(8,964 posts)The cartoon caricature of HRC has always been an item of fiction, developed by those who have long-feared what she is capable of becoming. Bill Clinton took a giant positive step in presenting the authentic person.

(12,376 posts)now that he can avoid the office work. I like to picture him tagging along with a tour group, entertaining them with stories from his day as the president. Or perhaps putting golf balls in the rose garden, accidentally driving one through the window of the O.O., knocking over all of Hillary's neat and organized piles of work.
Yeah, my imagination entertains me a lot.

(8,035 posts)And, hearing about her earlier days. He did exactly what he needed to do. The 90's were the best decade of my entire life. I was working full time and going to college full time. During those years, I honestly thought that with everything President Clinton had on his plate, surely I could do what I needed to do. He was such an inspiration.

(4,311 posts)I've never regretted it, and the 90s were very good to me too. We had a thriving economy and it was a mostly peaceful time too.
I think millions of people my age remember how well he ran the country and have good memories of him. We are also old enough to be steady, reliable voters. We will go to the polls because we know it's our duty. Very young people may not have got there yet.
