This is all the Righties are talking about, saying a Wikileaks dump of stolen emails from the Clinton Foundation are coming any day. They are shellshocked and desperate after the last two days of brilliance from the DNC.

No idea what might be in them or if they even have them. I suspect nothing wrong, but the Righties will twist some of the emails and claim they are evidence of pay for play. It's the only thing they have.

We live in a drama news environment where the headline is enough. It's like clickbait "....and you won't believe what happened next" stories where consumers get so distracted by actually getting to the story that they convince themselves that the headline gave them enough to have been informed.

4. I was going to start a thread to ask the lawyer types here if there were any damages

From my limited knowledge of the law aside from stopping actions and criminal charges a lawsuit has to show damages that can be recouped. Were there any damages? I'm not asking you I just think that part of it has been ignored - like the fact that there really isn't any there there.

5. PLEASE DO! That is a great idea. I am really flummoxed by this whole thing.

Scuba and I have been arguing it for days, and the only real argument he has is that Pelosi and Rendell have said the emails were bad, and DWS resigned. He says that is evidence that there is something there.

BUT I've spent a few hours (not going to read all 20K) and found NONE, and I've asked everyone peddling the SCANDAL, and none of them have produced any damaging emails, and I've researched every email that anyone puts up as damning, and all of them are either from after Bernie lost, or they have nothing to do with Bernie and rather have to do with the DNC's relationship with the press.

So I would love for you to put it out there and ask those who know more than we do.
