Reminder: Republicans successfully blocked most Obama economic plans-e.g infrastructure spending

Rush and his hear-nothing, know nothing followers keep asking "why hasn't Obama solved problems as he promised?" ..Democrats need to repeatedly remind voters that most Obama plans to grow the eonomy more were blocked by Republicans in Congress just so that Obama won't get the credit for a fabulous economy and then these same Republicans turn around and say "Obama's plans aren't working". Good example...the infrastructure rebuilding plan by Obama--plan to repair America's aging bridges and roads--which would have created thousands more of good paying jobs--was killed by Republicans in Congress just because Obama came up with the plan. These hypocrites turn around and say "whatever Obama is trying is not working" . Democrats must never tire of reminding voters of this Republican gridlock every chance they get.

...in public sector job creation (government) due to the Cons desire to "shrink the government" at the state and local level. This hiring fell off a cliff. Some 560,00 jobs never came back after the recession.

It is no secret that Mitch McConnell met with the other Repugs on the evening of the Obama Inauguration to plot their return to power by sitting on their hands and doing absolutely nothing hoping that the economy would continue its plunge into the abyss and that with a continuing decline in the economy, this would be their ticket to return to power. Those GOP supporters hopefully can read, and knew that this was the strategy the GOP chose; their loss for the GOP's gain. They did nothing. Said nothing. And now almost 8 years later, they're mad as hell and guess what. I don't care. I don't care if their 20-something child, can't find a job and is living back at home in their basement. I don't care if their adult children can't pay their student loan debt.

These people continue to vote for McConnell and his ilk in 2010, 2012, and 2014 so I don't care if they don't have any retirement savings. They applauded McConnell and the like when they voted down job creating bills submitted by the President, in the House. They showed up with the TEA Party with their guns strapped to their hips to intimidate our President and applauded the Do-Nothing-Congress when they DID NOTHING. If they were so pissed off at their GOP Congress in 2010, 2012, and 2014 when the GOP spent their time voting to rename Post Offices after Reagan, Voting to defund Planned Parenthood, Voting to repeal the Afffordable Care Act 60 times, and Voting to shut down the federal government rather than trying to reach consensus with the Dems on a Jobs Bill, and they sat silently by and did nothing, than I don't want to hear from them now, that they are angry. None of what the GOP did, aside from their first secret meeting to plan they Do-Nothing-Strategy, was done in secret so in essence they condoned their GOP Congress' agenda when they returned them to office in 2012, and 20014 when they knew what the strategy was and they have no one to blame but themselves.
