In Feb., Lacey was named the Civilian of the Year for his actions during a mass shooting last year.

This could be a nice opening for the Clinton campaign exploit. Here is this seemingly middle class average white guy just doing his job to make sure that all those dumpster supporters are safe in that building. Just like our solders, police officers and other fire fighters this guy is quietly doing his job to protect the public and all trump has is contempt for the guy.
