I saw Mr. and Mrs. Khan on with Lawrence O'Donnell the other night.

I cannot imagine the pain these parents feel for the loss of their son. I could see it on the face of his mother, who chooses not to speak openly of it because she would probably break down. The anguish a parent faces with the death of a child in unimaginable, but I think that a mother's pain is especially deep.

I despise Trump for what he has done to this family, and I hope that this is one of the first nails in his political coffin. He came at the wrong people, and the Khans are not backing down. I am proud that they are citizens of this country.
