Why does Rasmussen reports continue to be treated...

... like a legitimate polling operation? It is ALWAYS an outlier. And ALWAYS in the Republican direction. Anyway, during this election cycle.

Regardless of the likelihood. If for some reason this election gets a much higher turnout of Republicans than expected, they would be right -like they were in 2004
