By simply reimbursing the foundation, that seems to make it a clear case of private inurement, which is a violation.

I set up a 501(c)(3) for a charity I ran, and not only can't you make political contributions, but you also can't use the charity's money for personal benefit, LIKE TRUMP DID.

LOCK HIM UP!
