Proof that Emerson polls are crap: Clinton +3 in Rhode Island

They have Clinton +17 in Massachusetts, +21 in Vermont, +5 in New Hampshire, but only +3 in Rhode Island:

They also have Trump +5 in ME-02, although Clinton is leading in Maine overall by 9 points. How could Clinton be doing better in Maine and New Hampshire than Rhode Island? How could there be such a disparity between Massachusetts and Rhode Island? Obama won Rhode Island by 28 points and Massachusetts by 24 in 2012. These polls just don't add up.

Republicans still have fantasies about winning New Jersey, although they have not done so since 1988. I don't think even Trump is fantasizing about winning Rhode Island.
