He's not directly addressing those asking him questions because he dances around how bad someone else is doing and not WHAT HE WILL DO. He has zero plan and only talking points.

There is no spinning this and he had weeks to prepare for this. He thinks people are as impressed with him as he is of himself. It was a disaster for him and even his surrogates on CNN are stuttering trying to defend much of what he said.
