This might be a positive thing?

Just wondering. This might "humanize" her - someone who works so hard and got sick. A standard garden variety pneumonia - is there anyone who has at some point either directly or thru a family member not had pneumonia in the family? DJT better tread carefully because he can very easily come off as a very small man. I feel that the coverage has moved to more normal - CNN wishing Hillary a quick recovery and having a doctor say "she just needs to take some antibiotics and she is good to go".

She gritted her teeth and attended the 9/11 ceremony. It counters the narrative that she puts herself first and the US second.

and caring ever since I heard about the heat exhaustion. I honestly don't understand how anyone could see this as a reason not to vote for her.

I think everyone can empathize with her. I can't imagine anyone thinking having pneumonia should give them pause in voting for her.

It shows her doing her best to grit her teeth and work hard even with pneumonia. And it's humanizing, relatable.

Also, Clinton has often been perceived best when she's fighting adversity, as after Iowa in 2008.

serious disease! FWIW, I had the same kind of pneumonia a few years ago and recovered very quickly. (about 3 days) I was 66 at the time so if that's any indication, Hill will probably be back on the trail Mon or Tue

I have had the flu and I've had walking pneumonia, and I'd much rather have the latter.

This is why we need good medical records for both candidates and pointed out all the ridiculousness of Trump's medical records.

She didn't want attention on her during 9/11 memorial?
She didn't think it was a big deal?
Trying to avoid more scrutiny?

I hate that some Hillary supporters I know are saying this plays into her trustworthy issue?

She is so under the freaking microscope...I feel badly that she can't try to fight through an illness and just wish her a speedy recovery...

Does she need to address this?

No she doesn't need to address this as the media is also scrutinizing trump as he needs to release his records too I don't think trump will ever release anything Or his tax returns The dare the assholes to smear her while being sick They are lowlifes

I don't think she needs to address it either...and there really is a double standard for her... And you're right about Trump...he's not addressing a multitude of issues...taxes...birther...Bondi...and on and on...
