He could use the information from these briefings for fiduciary gain.

EDIT TO ADD....on the flip side, terrorists could discover and target his overseas business companies and partners, which is a whole new Dan of worms.....will our military be used to protect them? ( of course) Could threats against them be used like hostages?

I'm NOT a doctor, but his skin looks like NAFLD to me. All that shitty food he eats, I think. This is a good example of fatty liver skin on someone's back
