But pollster did not notice big shift after.

In 2008, Gallup noted that they were seeing a shift in the final night of their tracking poll (which was based on 3-day average) immediately after the stupid "scandal" over Obama's pastor broke. So the fact that no such big shift was shown here is encouraging.

But I'm more "concerned" about the QPac poll. They have a history of dodgy results, and they get bigger short term swings to R than to D, historically.

Not concerned for myself. It'll move the averages a half point, which is what I expected this week to close by. But the sturm and drang here will be deafening.
