Pakistan.
This may seem surprising at first, but Pakistan is the clear choice for the disgruntled American conservative when you look at it logically.
Pakistan has very low taxes. Less than 2% pay any income tax at all.
The national government is limited and most of the power rests in the states (provinces) which have a great deal of autonomy
Traditional law-and-order justice system. Criminals are not coddled, and they are not set free on technicalities.
Society is based on strong, traditional, religious values. There is prayer in schools, and same-sex marriage is illegal. Divorce is rare, and families stay together.
Abortion is illegal except to save the life of the mother.
Pakistan has a deep respect for the military. Politicians consult with them on any major policy decisions. Hippie-style anti-war advocacy or flag-burning is simply unthinkable.
Pakistanis have tremendous pride in the their country. Patriotism is seen as a virtue and admired.
There are very few environmental and labor regulations to hold back innovation and small businesses.
Strong gun culture. Gun ownership is widespread and an important part of rural life.
Now granted, they will have to convert to Islam to fully enjoy this conservative nation, but if they are willing to renounce their country because their guy didnt get elected, changing their religion should be a simple matter.
[UPDATE]
Some have interpreted this answer as a joke, but it is not intended in that way. Conservative values are not something unique to America, but are found to differeing degrees in all cultures. I honestly think that as a nation, Pakistan best embodies what American conservatives consider to be traditional conservative values.
It may be amusing to realize that, but its not a joke. Devout Muslims value much the same things as devout Christians. The animosity we see is not based on values. It is based on labels.
I stand by this answer. If someone really feels they need to leave the US because it has become too liberal, Pakistan is the ideal destination. I cant think of a nation that would even be a close second.

(11,256 posts)that Pakistan would be an ideal place for conservative values to be lived out.
Freedom, actual freedom being a liberal value, would be more likely found in countries that are truly more free than the US. Sweden, Denmark, etc.
The OP isn't advocating that the US should become more like Pakistan.

(7,309 posts)We believe we rule ourselves, democratically. Nothing wrong with the term "anarchy" or "anarchism" - We are socialists who don't believe a state is required or wanted to carry out the emancipation of the working class.
A great read to get you started is:

(58,785 posts)Pakistan embodies the establishment of the natural order they tend to believe in and which is actually incorporated in both religions. The natural order rewards virtue and punishes lack of it, and government programs that interfere with it always end up in degrading society.
Pakistan is ruled by families which have proven their superiority by accumulation of wealth and power through hard work and their responsibility by their commitment to maintaining the social structure, while the lower orders are naturally encouraged to work hard and live virtuously in order to survive, and hopefully thrive, and the less deserving are punished by failure.

(24,761 posts)Pakistan doesn't treat Christians very well; in fact, it has a great number of "radical Islamic terrorists" who like to persecute Christians, but don't tell them yet. Just let them find out for themselves.
They may not even make it back in the States alive. That might teach'em a lesson not to be such fundies.
