Trump spends most of his time at Trump Tower, the massive Fifth Ave. building that’s home to both the offices of his business empire and his own personal residence, a three-level penthouse designed to look like the Palace of Versailles. The huge pad, which has almost unparalleled views of Central Park, is decked out in typical Trump style, with 24-carat cold and diamond accents, hoards of marble and detailed, hand-painted ceiling murals.

And is too small of a space for that much detailing. The Hall of Mirrors is a tall hall - that's why it works at Versailles. Space, height, gardens and great deal of light bright pastels.

I'd much rather live in my humble suburban home with my thrift store and Ikea furniture, and have a real connection with other human beings, than live in a gilded cage like that. That poor child. He will likely turn out as twisted as his brothers and father.

And apart from all the gazillion other reasons not to vote for Trump, the fact that this might be what the White House looks like on the inside by next year, makes it even more imperative to vote for Hillary. The idea of that "style" in the Oval Office...ugh.

The bigger, fancier homes are often occupied by people who put themselves in a situation where they're living paycheck-to-paycheck due to their outrageous mortgage payments. A neighbor of mine said his son lives in an area of fancy looking homes that are mere shells because the owners couldn't afford to finish the inside of their home.

I have a feeling Trump's real wealth doesn't reflect what he flaunts.

That might be the real reason for Trump's footie mandate as well. He is said to be phobic about germs and avoids shaking hands if at all possible.

So apparently this what the super-rich, like Trump, do with their unpaid taxes when those coins aren't residing in an offshore tax-haven bank-accounts. Does Trump even realize that most people who look at his childlike, insecure need to display his grotesque wealth, are pissing themselves with laughter?
