Don't any of Trump's supporters realize just how UNSAFE he would make the world???

Lots of folks are voting Trump because he's got them running scared and he's touting this "Law and Order" bull crap. But if they stop and think for just a moment about what would happen....

-has no plan for ISIS
-piss off our allies
-make our enemies happy as can be
-increase domestic crime and violence with all of his rhetoric
-increase our security risk around the world with his tough talk and absolute "0" ability to speak coherently, let alone diplomatically

ad infinitum, ad nauseum...

should run clips of Trump suggesting to a rally audience that he would "bomb the shit out of" ISIS.

and a way to reshape the world. They are comfortable with violence as a means to an end. They will drag along the Christian nationalists who want to control events and people. Scary combination but neither group really cares about any one else.

exceptions does not seem to be a long suit for the two groups you name in your last sentence, Skidmore, and I regret living in a country where significant percentages of those two groups behave in exactly the way you describe.

Trump's far-right bellowing dismisses any and all authorities but itself. The Constitution? He's never read it, or if he has, he's made a fierce point to ignore its provisions.

The far-right Apocalypse Now fundie Christians are on board with Trump (not all but far too many) because their personal view that a savior is imminently due eclipses their respect for science, public education, social civility, women's reproductive freedom, and nearly everything else. The New Testament, they've never read it, or if they have, they are in denial and evading its teachings.

In both groups there is a pointed disregard for received opinion. It's their way or the highway, and they don't use turn signals.

I loved your post.

has done. Look at Evangelicals who support him. Trump is everything opposite what their extremists, religion, thoughts & beliefs are but yet, they support him. That is how much these people are really racists, bigots haters who all fit into that basket of deplorables Clinton was right about.

They can't be bothered to think about the likely consequences in the event he wins. The ones I know see things in terms of black and white with no shades of gray between. They lack the ability to think logically.

And none of them will care until a loved one is brought back home in a bodybag, thanks to some unwarranted attack or war caused by Don The Con !

They support him because they support his "policies and agenda". They believe he will make the country, and world, a better place.

It's imperative we show those (who are willing to listen -- don't know how many of them there are -- but we gotta try) that he would make the world a much less safe to be.

BS that led to the Iraq war, freedom fries, etc.

Seriously, all it took was one nonfatal bombing and they shit their pants and line up to sell their souls for a perceived sense of safety all over again
