Just four years after buying it, Donald trump has flipped a Palm Beach mansion for 50 million pounds ($81 million), booking a healthy 150% profit off his 20 million pound ($32 million) original purchase price.

His spokeswoman says £50 million is the most ever paid for an estate in the U.S. - although it is £15 million less than Trump had been asking for...more

I bet he did not have to pay anything. It will be written off as part of his overall dealing in real estate.

sold at a hefty price to a Russian fertilizer billionaire just a couple years after crisis . Wonder what the connection with hotels / golf courses

Hope someone looks into the money laundering side , even the one son has said in articles that they get a lot of money from russia for their hotels .
