Was there illegal or at least shady dealings in the repub's platform committee?

Ok. I know a foreign interest who wants to contacts directly a law maker about policy or law changes here in the U.S. has to be listed as a lobbyist. The question I have is during the repub. platform committee meetings there was influence to change the repub. platform. Would that be considered the same? Since it is a attempt to influence all the repub's stance at once. Would they be required to be listed as lobbyist? I brought this up before. But with the revelation about Carter Page. Was he the one who paid the people dipshit donnie brought in with the committee to change the platform.

1. And the only platform issue the Donald cared about was one that helped Russia.

2. The change to the nato stance and the Ukraine issue

To me it seems like it should be only legal if.

1. It was not prompted by a foreign government.
2. Or the people there were registered foreign lobbyist.

With the apparent ties/meetings Carter Page had with Russian possibly being illegal. Maybe the changes in the repub platform pushed by dipshit's people was also illegal? If so could it also tie together with manafart and some of his apparent illegal funneling of money?

See this post for more info on Carter Page.

4. Donald had representatives observing in the room as

the committee worked, according to what I read about this. This was appropriate as he was becoming the head of the party and entitled to have input.

Where it goes very bad is that, according to people who were there, the ONLY intervention by Donald's people was when the statement about U.S. involvement in the Ukraine came up. Then they got involved, resulting in changed wording that favored Putin's aims for the region.

Reportedly, they expressed no interest in the wording of any other plank to the platform.

Since at least 3 members of Trump's inner circle at the time had ties to the Kremlin and/or to Russian "oligarchs" with close ties, most believe this change in the Republican Party's platform to favor it over the U.S. occurred through Russian manipulation.

Only temporarily -- not because of Trump or party leaders, but because it was a very strange change that couldn't go unnoticed.

I've read a couple experts on Russia and Putin who believed Putin was mostly just having fun jerking us around and is far too intelligent to expect much beyond humiliating us from this. Trump in the White House would be a very different matter, and apparently there is growing evidence of Russian attempts to influence the election itself.

5. This morning On Joy's show they made the link on Carter Page and the Ukraine change

There still is the question was Page the only one to fund the people there? Was there any money funneled from overseas paying for the lobbying? And does that constitute lobbying for a foreign country? If it does they are supposed to be registered as such.
