Place your bets. What will be Trump's, "What is Aleppo?", moment?

I think that he will either:

1. Misquote the Declaration as the Constitution (or vice versa).

-or-

2. Refer to a prior leader of a country as the current leader (i.e. Kim Jong Il)

But I think he will either walk out or behave menacingly toward Hillary. He is such a misogynist that he won't be able to endure much of this debate, IMO.

The chaos that is likely to ensue on Monday is essentially a crap shoot. And it will not matter who is, or is not, sitting in the front row. This especially since audience reactions are forbidden, as it should be.

The debate will thus be framed as a solemn event. Whether it remains so is entirely up to -- I suspect -- Donald J Drumpf. Whether Hillary Clinton can benefit has so many contingencies that I refuse to speculate.

As I suspect, we are way off script here. Anybody making any prediction is blowing it out of their assholes.

What we do know is he wil be required to speak, and that won't work out so well for him in the intelligence department.

to raise the issue of Syria or Libya at all.

Her knowledge of foreign policy is no doubt deeper than his, but a lot of what she knows is classified or minutiae that will make the eyes of ordinary viewers glaze over..while he is no doubt up to speed on the cliff note version of international affairs. It is going to be very tough to ding him on that.

She should stick to hitting him on the xenophobic statements, particularly the ones that could help her in Florida and New Mexico.

He will be speaking before a possible record breaking audience. Some are estimating 100 million people will be watching, many who haven't been paying close attention to his antics. I don't think we can predict how this debate will turn out.

Maybe ones of his handlers will slip him done reds so he won't be so off the wall.

The media will interpret as being cool in the heat of the moment and declare him presidential.

This scenario almost seems feasible and that is just scary.

Its pretty pathetic that all he has to do to appear presidential is be stoned.

I can't even imagine what it must be like to manage him as a candidate, though I have no sympathy for anyone who signed up for the job. They are getting exactly what they deserve.

Trump money insulated Trump from ever having to learn things. His life is spent ordering others to do things and not bother him with the how. He is capable of sticking briefly to a few talking points, but when he speaks, he quickly drifts off into Saladland, getting things wrong or just making them up, and so vaguely that his handlers are capable of cleaning up his statements after the fact.

This is how Trump was designed and built: with money rather than knowledge.

his minions do it. And he and his numbers cruncher negotiate the tax breaks. Translate that to governing - "I want to eliminate crime, Ryan, get me the money. Pence, tell me how to call out the National Guard."

I sure do hope both Lester and Hillary's team have come up with some questions that are extremely pointed and not open ended. And when he does try to change the subject, which he most definitely will, they have pointed comebacks about the lies he told in his answer.

I actually thought Rubio, when he went bad, was very effective against him. So was Carly. Hope they watched all the video of what ticked him off.

Ford claimed it was free when it was behind the iron curtain, and shrub had his "he forgot Poland" wimpybrag.

It would be hilarious if trump managed to botch something about Poland, though it's not likely to come up.
