Pence's ill-considered snark:

Talk about lacking a sense of irony or self-awareness!

(135,425 posts)If he just stuck to rattling off conservative policy issues, he would be regarded, after this mess plays out, as the standard bearer for his failing party.
Instead, he's painting himself as loony as the guy whose ass he is kissing.

(34,661 posts)Mark Cuban's IQ is possibly double that of the Con Job. Guessing his net worth is ten to fifteen times that of the Con Job. One thing the Con Job has going is,he diffidently has a debt load many times that of Cuban.
Said this before,Con Job is in this to make money and set the ground work for another Reality TV Channel.

(65,215 posts)because he is the kind of person who can get away with both serious and snarky criticisms of Trump, drawing MSM attention for the same shallow reasons the MSM infotainment complex is obsessed with Trump.
Hillary and most of her official surrogates can't say the sort of things he sometimes says, because they would be excoriated by the punditocracy if they did, but Cuban can, and the voters who want the election to look and sound like a WWE bout eat that stuff up--even though they would slam HRC and her campaign if they stooped to that level.
Too bad, though, that Cuban is libertarian rather than liberal. If he were liberal, I would not have cringed as violently when he initially applauded Trump for opening the door and making it plausible for other billionaire businessmen with no background in politics--meaning Cuban himself, of course--to run for president.

(3,635 posts)which is why he's such a major asset for our side, especially in appealing to swing voters, males, young people, moderate Repubs, etc.
Cuban is essentially Trump's 'good twin', i.e. a brash reality tv show billionaire, but instead of ripping people off, is someone who is self-made/entrepreneurial, ethical, generous and an overall decent human being - who although he disagrees with Hillary/Dems on a number of issues, still (like many Americans, of either party) sees this race as unique, where Trump represents an existential threat, and Hillary the patriotic choice.

ownership experiences make him so much more qualified.
Pence must be phoning in his campaign effort.
No serious candidate can be this unprepared
(with the possible exception of Sarah Palin).
