"Never Trump" conservative Republican columnist Jennifer Rubin of

the Washington Post offers so many excellent tips to Hillary for tomorrow's debate that Hillary's team should invite Rubin to join in the debate prep:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/right-turn/wp/2016/08/30/how-clinton-can-rattle-trump-in-the-debates/?tid=a_inl&utm_term=.94f2b397d1ed

How Clinton can rattle Trump in the debates

(She offers so many excellent suggestions that I can't pick just 4 paragraphs to quote!)

BTW, here is a good bumper sticker line from the comments on this article:

Clinton/Kaine. Not insane.

in, and location. The software chooses the place.

They give you a prompt sheet with a series of questions, and if they are voting for Hillary, you can try to encourage them to vote early or by mail if there state allows for that.

You mark on the online page if they are voting for Hillary, have voted, or not voting. You also mark if they no one answers the phone or voice mail, and in that case the name will go back in the pool. If they commit, then the name theoretically is taken out of the list so they won't be called again.

So far it has been a very positive experience for me, and I hope it continues as such

For those who can spare the time you feel that you are actively doing something to elect Hillary

I think interest will peak after Monday's debates and on, and the phone banking will start to work its magic

I think the majority of them are women who can't stand Trump, but also don't want anyone to know they will vote for Hillary. There will be a lot men also who don't want anyone to know they will vote for Hillary, and there will be a lot of both men and women republicans who won't vote for Hillary, but they also won't vote for Trump.

I also think that some who are supporting third party candidates will come to their senses once they get their ballot, and they will do the right thing also and vote for Hillary. To many people know how dangerous he is and that's what is going to stop him in November.

"He thinks you can solve illegal immigration just by building a wall. Donald, have you seen Game of Thrones? I know you haven't read the books. They built a wall, yet the wildlings found a way to climb over. And their wall was 700 feet tall, more than 20 times the height of your proposed wall. To be fair, to be fair, the wall in Game of Thrones has kept the White Walkers out . . . so far. But that is only because they wove magic spells into the foundation. Donald . . . do you think you're a wizard and can weave magic spells into your wall? If not, it's not gonna work.

"In fact, it won't work anyway. It turns out most illegal immigrants come to America legally and simply overstay their visas. They may come here on tourist visas, like your wife Melania did in the 1990s, and then illegally get a job, and unlike your wife, they stay. So the illegal act doesn't occur at the border, it happens in Dubuque, and Pittsburgh, and Atlantic City. To fight that, it takes serious people doing hard work. Fortunately, serious people have worked hard, and the number of illegal immigrants has been going down for years now. You wouldn't know it from listening to my opponent. His knowledge of this issue, like his knowledge of every other issue, is scanty at best. Because Donald Trump is NOT a serious person, and he WON'T do the hard work actually required."

The thing I always worry about with these debates is that the whole show is staged to make the candidates look equal. Same podiums, same time limits, same, same, same. Like we should consider the things he says to carry the same weight as the things she says. You know she will have more details, more real information, more understanding of the complexities. Yet he will get just as many minutes to spout repetitive nonsense and the moderator will politely pretend he gave a serious, thoughtful answer.

i think she should go ahead and roll her eyes, pinch the bridge of her nose, and say, "There is so much wrong with the answer he just gave, it's hard to know where to begin. The fact-checkers will find at least half a dozen errors in that one statement alone. It's clear he hasn't studied the issue, or listened to any experts on the subject. We know he refuses to listen to the few experts his campaign staff provides him with. He won't listen to any briefing longer than 140 characters."

Name one business Trump has run successfully. Name one that he ran himself that didn't go bankrupt, wasn't bailed out by his rich daddy, didn't quietly go out of business, didn't pay fines for violating the law, paid all his creditors and contractors, and actually made money.

Twenty-five years and millions of dollars Republicans have spent going after her. Results? Nothing. Donald Trump has active court cases against him right now. Trump University was a straight-up swindle. He's paid fines . . . for misusing a charitable foundation. The man has to wear fireproof pants.

21. It's Time To Use Reverse Psychology on Trump!
Mon Sep 26, 2016, 04:49 PM
Sep 2016
Reverse Psychology works because nobody wants to be told what to do!
Here are seven important reasons why I'm voting for Donald Trump:
1. I like how Donald Trump wants to protect birds from windmills. I agree with him that alternative energy is not a good idea. He wants to increase the burning of coal to supply our county's energy needs. Air Pollution is all a big hoax, anyway, just like Global Warming.
2. Trump has no political experience - never held office - and has never even run for office before now. Hillary Clinton on the other hand has been the wife of a State Attorney General, Governor and President – and she's been a United States Senator from New York and a Secretary of State. But Donald Trump will make a better President because he says so and I believe him since he’s very rich.
3. Donald Trump is quite entertaining and anti-intellectual. He bashes experience, logic, reality and common sense. He's proven you don't have to be knowledgeable about anything important to be President of the United States. He's talked pure gibberish in front of live television and nobody cares. Words have no meaning or the opposite meaning depending on his mood. Facts are irrelevant. He lies about anything. He's a lot of fun, and that's all I care about.
4. Donald Trump appeals to my emotions. He's exciting and he has an incredible sense of humor. He says all kinds of crazy stuff like: “Who knows?" – When he was asked if he would start a war with China as president during a New York Times interview. Donald Trump also makes me feel like I'm finally going to get some revenge for being a financially struggling, middle-aged white man. I look forward to all the pain Donald Trump is going to dish out once he becomes President!
5. I like Donald Trump's stand on privacy. He is standing firm by not releasing his tax returns. Why is it anyone's business? It's voluntary and even though Hilary Clinton has released 40 years’ worth of her tax returns - and the last nine Republican nominees for President have released their tax returns - that doesn't mean Donald Trump has to. He has secrets he wants to protect and he has a right to his privacy just like everyone else!
6. Scrooge from Dickens' A Christmas Carol said it best, “We need to decrease the surplus population.” There are way too many people on the earth. Trump shows a fondness to use nuclear weapons to resolve conflicts. He recently said: “Since we have nuclear weapons, why don't we use them?” I eagerly look forward to Donald Trump having the nuclear launch codes.
7. Donald Trump is not Politically Correct. He not so subtly advocates for violence when he says, “If you see somebody getting ready to throw a tomato, knock the crap out of them,”- or when he doesn’t disavow violence at his own rallies like when a man punched a woman protester on an oxygen tank – in the face. He threatens Hillary. He's rude. He's insulted women, Hispanics, Iowans, Muslims, African Americans, Asians, POWs and the disabled. I like it when he calls anyone who disagrees with him names. I'm so tired of people being polite. Donald Trump is one powerfully nasty man and that is what America needs most for the next 4 years. He will bully and antagonize anyone who disagrees with him. Donald Trump is someone who won't hesitate to use coercion or violence to get the job done. He will make America great again!

I encourage everyone to sit down and write at least seven reasons why you are voting for a particular candidate for President of the United States and go have it published - or at least share it with your family and friends. The entire course of world history will be affected by this one presidential election! I think it’s worth a few minutes of your time to reflect on this! Future generations will thank you!
