That is a vendor at a fair. They have flags of all types. Nazi flags. State flags. Confederate flags. Gadsden flags. Sports team flags. I even saw a United Federation of Planets flag once. It's just a vendor.

You can see all the other flags on the left stacked up behind the swastika. There may even be a Hillary flag in there.

Someone could just as easily put a H-> flag where tRump's flag is.

BTW, the registered sex offender who flew the flags did it for explicitly political purposes, per fair officials.

Fair officials also took prompt action after learning about the flag, said concessions clerk Barbara Belles. Someone apparently hung the flag sometime Sunday, and after learning about its placement organizers went out Monday morning to remove it, she said.

“Security and the directors and other people did take care of it,” Belles said. “They confiscated (the flag). He will not get that back until Saturday at midnight when the fair closes down. If he does it again, he’s going to be removed from the fairgrounds entirely.”

The vendor, who was selling jewelry and related items, was apparently displaying the flags for political purposes, she said. Fair organizers recognize people’s right to express themselves and evaluate displays on an individual basis, she said.

In this case, organizers responding to complaints determined the swastika crossed the line, she said.
