2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumFor Donald Trump speaking for 90 minutes in front of a crowd without cheering and applause
is his worst nightmare.
Literally.
Those cheers are is life blood.
It's where he draws his mojo and energy.
He may start the night strong but without positive reinforcement from the crowd he will be a shadow of himself by the end.
I'm also anticipating a moment where he says something totally deplorable that his crowd would usually applaud and he will get an audible gasp from this crowd of reasonable people at the debate.
that's when his knees will go out a little and he will sink fast.

Without constant crowd love he is nothing.
This should be good.

(24,210 posts)GOP party leaders and politicians many of whom are soft in their support for the guy.
Don't look for them to rah-rah this guy and break the rules from the crowd.
That's for his Alabama klansmen and Ohio Nazis at his rallies.
A good portion of the GOP honchos in attendance are probably hoping he'll fall on his face so they can run in 2020.
