Here you have Trump Hotels paying $68,000 for a charitable trip to Cuba, and people STILL aren't happy.

per his usual m.o., he paid at most 70%, probably not until field filed suit.

It seems like this is the second attempt to collect, since the letter appears to answer a question that arose from a previous invoice - "Hey, what's a charity doing on here?"
