This is not a smart person. This is a person of well below average intelligence who has gone through life using the bankroll given to him by his daddy as an excuse to act like a bully.

His abject stupidity is now on display on an hourly basis for all the world to see. It explains - though does not excuse - many of his glaring shortcomings as a human being, most of which are simply defense mechanisms that any person of low intelligence might employ in an effort to deal with a world that is beyond their comprehension.

Yep, he's stupid. That much is clear.

2. "Stupid" can mean different things.

I doubt there is anything physiologically wrong with him. He's not developmentally disabled or brain-damaged or alcoholic. Some claim he's showing signs of Alzheimers but he's been behaving like this for decades. He's stupid in the sense that he is intellectually lazy, and in particular he's a narcissist who doesn't think he has to do any work to learn things because he believes he already knows more about everything than anyone else. He's a perfect manifestation of the Dunning-Kruger effect.
