Maybe Donnie Twitter IS on cocaine. It's a good explanation for the combined:

* Constant Sniffing
* Crazy Talk
* Delusional Ranting
* Incoherent Word Salad
* Totally Erratic Nonsense
* And being up at 3am tweeting crazed lunacy. (Cocaine is a stimulant.)

Or, maybe he's just plain nuts.

It's sad when the whole world around you knows you're crazy, but they all are dependent on you for a paycheck.

Who do you think wakes up at 5am and figures out the spin to fix last night? Perhaps they have a night shift now

It does fit the observed data. But then so do some other explanations. A drug test is in order but unlikely.

recognize and call out symptoms but doctors can not. Which seems rather absurd to me.

That obnoxious Stephanie whatever on MSNBC treated Dean horribly yesterday in an interview. Evidently he thinks he may be fired over his comments. I got the feeling he didn't give a shit and speaking out on the behaviors he observed was more important to him. Kudos to you, IMHO, Dr Dean !!
