If it was after then I could see how the reporter brought up her weight since it was already "in the news'...

asking if a winner was obligated to keep a certain appearance. Does anyone know how the poll came out?

I thought her answer was extremely good - especially after how she was treated and her age. The fact that she had to attend diplomatic dinners and breakfasts and was so scheduled that there was no provision for time to go the gym, that expectation was pretty ridiculous. I also assume that it may be that her culture might have included the idea that it would be rude to merely pick at one's food. (I may be off base here, I am not Latina - but I was brought up that not eating something specially made for you would be rude.)

The reporter at the end seemed to have a pretty good rapport with her suggesting that she should be extended another year. She did look great.
