He was always careful to say "we" which I took to mean the Trump businesses or even the Trump children. The point is Trump transferred that huge loss to his PERSONAL account so that he could offset personal income with the losses. They tried to pin him down by asking the question several different ways but finally he just filibustered so much and diverted to Clinton emails or whatever that it was pointless to keep going.

There is something just loathsome about him, much more so than his siblings, but not quite as much as his father.
