McCain is out his committee chairmanship in the Senate because of committee term limits. What does he do? Suggest a Watergate Style Committee on Benghazi and than offer to chair it himself. What an ass!

Maybe the Democratic Senate should create a committee to investigate his activities.

(1,828 posts)Don't always like that show - MSNBC's The Cycle - but Steve Kornacki today went OFF on McCain and it was a thing of beauty. Basically said he's had the same pattern since 2000. He loses a campaign and can't get over it and just spews sour grapes everywhere out of his pissy sore loserness. He lost to Bush and became a darling of Dems for a while because everything Bush did, McCain was there to jab him. There was even talk for a while that McCain might switch parties, which he didn't do, but still.
Then eventually, he embraced Bush (literally) to win over the GOP base that loved Dubya so much. Then Obama beat the crap out him in 2008 and again ... Sour Grapes Time!
Kornacki pointed out this is just more of the bitter angry old man who LOST and can't let it go.
Anyway, that's the gist. Kornacki was great. Very fired up. I almost cheered.
