With clips from news sources talking about the meltdown with Trump and the GOP, using music from"The Final Countdown" but with lyrics, "The Final Meltdown."
No link to a video. It's not on the Clinton YouTube channel yet. Probably not on MSNBC since it was just aired and had just been released.

(44,983 posts)Trump has hoisted himself on his own words throughout the campaign.
All you need to beat this clown is a live microphone.

(23,138 posts)He's said so many more insane things. This is a professional video? I'd hate to see how much she paid for this.
My opinion: It's crap. Don't release it. Start over with the same idea, and get a real music producer to record the vocals. Start over with a new collection of visuals that include more of trump speaking and less of the media.
My $0.02.

(1,151 posts)The message is fine, if a bit silly. But yes, just keep using his words and get some professionals to record the vocals.

(47 posts)I want to see something positive. I get it, Trump is bad, but why should I vote for Hillary and not Stein or Johnson.

(7,615 posts)He's cooked anyway and there's no way he can possibly win. None, not even if they cheat.
Now Hills needs to put out nothing but a positive message and encouraging vision for America.
His ads are all depressing and leave a bad taste in one's mouth even with his deplorables. I hope they become completely dis-spirited and don't vote at all or only vote for Trump and leave all their down ballot candidate's names blank as they have been encouraged to do by Trump's people.
This is the best chance we've had in the last thirty years w her and a sane Congress in charge and we'd better not blow it this time.

(8,994 posts)Found it a bit loud and not really needed.
Other than that a hard hitting ad.

(29,026 posts)The singing was kind of bad...I found it kind of campy, really.

(21,056 posts)which isn't cool. It's not cool why he's in a meltdown. but this is an internet commercial (90 sec) so meh, whatever. The fact is he's on his way to 37% and a massive defeat, hopefully.

(29,026 posts)I thought unintentional humor would be counter productive, if you will, but as you say, it's just a short internet ad, so 'meh" seems about right.

(45 posts)It works for people who don't really follow poltics. It's supposed to be tongue-in-cheek humor rather than a serious attack. It will make rock/metal fans laugh. Although the singer should have been a male with a deep voice.

(1,151 posts)It seems more appropriate for one of the late night talk shows, but honestly I think they'd make it more professional. The vocals are so cheesy.
I absolutely think Hillary's campaign should continue to use Donald's words against him, but not so jokey and not so cheesy.
