Focus on fact that Trump is a loser who is trying to blame and hurt people for his losses

I now always refer to trump as a crazed fascist loser with an emphasis on the "loser." He's trying to sell his supporters on the "big lie" that he is a winner just like every previous fascist dictator before him. If we all start calling him the loser that he is and providing the details of his many screwups and failures and how he wants to hurt people for them that may be an effective way of battling him now at the campaign's end..
