My conservative coworker's gut is telling her Trump is going to win in a landslide

Because GOD would not forsake the United States and if Clinton wins Bill would be President again because if Hillary is a good christian woman she will let her husband make all the decisions.

I really hate times like this when you just have to keep your quiet and instead of saying what you really feel--- I wanted to tell her she was too stupid to live

constantly posts articles from conservative sites. The latest has Trump winning in a "landslide" as he is on track to win Florida, Pennsylvania, Virginia, etc. I am sure these conservative sites are all she reads. There are probably millions like her. Will she/they be shocked on the evening of November 8 or not?

I let them revel in it...if they manage to discourage potential tRump voters from bothering to get out and actually vote because 'he has this thing locked up; I don't need to bother', I see it as a good end to their delusions.

And you need to point out to her (mustering as much fake sincerity as you can) that a low voter turnout favors Republicans, so she should not vote herself.

Many of his supporters are so invested in him they can't imagine that everyone else does not agree with them. They cannot deal with idea, the possibility, even the ghost of a chance, that they are in the minority. This goes back to the old idea of the Silent Majority, the good, God fearing Americans who pay their bills and don't complain about things. Except now, they complain about everything, attribute bad motives to everybody, find a conspiracy behind every curtain. The noisy radicals are no longer on the left.

saying VERY hysterical things about this election but I don't really think it's anything new -- more intense with Obama and Hillary than Gore or Kerry but that is also because (since the SCOTUS decision) they are terrified of the "gays." The evangelicals drag out the same hysterical bullshit all the time -- "our candidate is chosen by gaaaaawwwwaaaad!!!!!"

Also, doesn't your place of employment have rules about discussing such matters while on the job? If so, she should be told that her pronouncements violate company policy. Or, if not, then there is no reason at all for you to remain silent. Let her have it (within the boundaries of what your company allows).
