I've turned into a frenzied reactionary

I aghast at this latest development in the email story. I am seriously concerned that this will cost democrats independent votes and prevent them from taking over the Senate and making gains in the house.

...when a good chunk of America only reads headlines and then 'shares' them to other people that only read headlines.

That is not a knock on you in any way. Your thoughts are fully understandable. "Frenzied" also means eyes glued to their networks. They have been leaving journalism behind for decades and instead tapping into emotion. They have left many of us frazzled. I'm a better person since I got rid of cable.
