Trump rape accuser abruptly cancels press conference (NYPost story)

A California woman known as Jane Doe, who accused Donald Trump of raping her 22 years ago when she was 13, canceled a press conference Wednesday night where she was to publicly tell her story for the first time.

Her attorney, Lisa Bloom, told a throng of reporters waiting for the press conference at her Woodland Hills, California firm that the woman had received threats and was too scared to come forward.


“She is living in fear. She has decided that she’s too afraid to show her face,” Bloom told reporters. “She’s been here all day ready to do it. But unfortunately she’s in terrible fear. So we’re going to have to reschedule.”

The woman accused Trump and Jeffrey Epstein of raping her during several parties during the summer of 1994 that Epstein hosted on the Upper East Side at 9 E. 71st St.

She filed a lawsuit against both men this year.

“During this period, Plaintiff was a minor of age 13 and was legally incapable under New York law of consenting to sexual intercourse and the other sexual contacts detailed herein,” the Jane Doe’s lawsuit alleges

Two witnesses to the alleged crimes have stepped forward:a former employee of Epstein’s and one a classmate of the plaintiff, according to the suit.

12. Have you read all the testimony of the accuser and two witnesses?

One of which worked for Jeffrey Epstein? Did you watch the video of the accuser telling her story about what happened?

She sent letters to the authorities in NY pleading for criminal charges to be filed. No one thought Bill Cosby would do what he did and he actually acted nice. You don't think Trump would just take what he wanted from a female? He views females as pieces of meat.

She did use that name when she filed in California but I think that was not her real name. For her to be receiving direct threats if her name is not Katie then Trump KNOWS who is making this claim against him. If he knows who it is then she's telling the truth. How else would he be able to have people threaten her? If he didn't do it then how would he know who to threaten?

10. I've looked at it and read stuff

It seems to have been updated not too long ago.

However, I did see somewhere previously that the name on the site was also a made up name to protect her identity. The name is very common. I read all the testimony and watched the video of the accuser telling her story. I believe her. If she were just making it up and had not experienced that trauma she would be less scared, IMO.
