An interesting read: More Evidence That Hillary Is Up Big in Florida
This article isn’t just about one poll.
In fact it’s about more and more evidence I’ve found that has led me to believe we might be on the verge of some major earthquakes when it comes to actual voter behavior. Still, let’s start with the crazy new Florida poll and then work are way out from there… Last night, I wrote an article about a brand new bombshell Florida poll from TargetSmart, that showed Hillary Clinton up 8, and, more shockingly, Republican early voters breaking her way 28% of the time. Needless to say, this was an eye-popping poll that made many of us sit up and take notice (some of us more skeptically than others). But I’ve been very curious ever since. Digging a bit more into TargetSmart, I’m quite convinced now that they’re a highly respected operation and are focused on cutting edge work that cannot be easily dismissed simply because they have a poll that looks to be an outlier. What makes me say that we can be confident about TargetSmart’s bonafides? -snip- http://www.dailykos.com/stories/2016/11/2/1590420/-More-Evidence-That-Hillary-Is-Up-Big-in-Florida

2. It is really quite simple, we win Florida, Hillary wins. We also need the Senate
or the next four years will be a living nightmare

4. at the end the author writes...
And perhaps, even if Hillary is over performing with women and the early vote, she could still lose when Trump’s cavalry of angry white males heads to the polls on November 8th. I know that could be seen as a bit of a downer, but what I'm wondering is -- is there some way to track % of potential Trump voters (mostly they'd fit the pattern of white republican male) over the course of the early voting in Florida? Doesn't EV end in Florida on November 5th? Wondering where "Souls to the Polls" might fit in? |

5. "Trump’s cavalry of angry white males" are angry because women have shunned them for
a very long time.

6. most of them openly support oppresive fascism, conspiracy theories, and have poor hygiene
it should come as no surprise that they have difficulty attracting members of the opposite sex to mate with them.

7. I posted the internal poll data
of the TargetSmart poll early today.
I was impressed by their internals. I agree with your assessment. |

8. No one ever wins Florida 'big'
Obama won by a whopping 3% in 2008 and his national margin was bigger than Clinton's is.

9. I wonder if the medical marijuana proposal is bringing more progressives to the polls this year?
I also figure that given the demographically significant chunk of older Jewish voters in Florida, some of whom might otherwise skew towards the conservative side of the spectrum, are no doubt put off by the strong stench of Neo-Naziism coming from the Trump Camp.
