necessary. And Chuck Todd just said to keep an eye on the vote-if it gets "only 60 or 61 votes," it may not pass in the House, but if it gets 70-80 votes, it probably WILL pass in the House.

and they reported that RW "influential" groups are telling House Repubs.. that they consider this a tax hike and they WILL hold this against any Repub. who votes for it.
