(14,093 posts)Now I know why.
Lets hope 2013 is the year the GOP, teabaggers and conservatism become irrelevant.

(14,256 posts)"How can Boner be re-elected?"
When Freepers are calling him Boner ...
"Well, this goes to show that Obama is quite competent"
A little acknowledgement of the truth.
"The collapse, I expect, will be camouflaged by the fog of war, and the USA will be the prime target."
More worries about the North Koreans invading Spokane, I guess.
"We are dead as a country. The Communists won and minorities and crazy liberals cheering them on."
No, I think the GOP is dead as a party, but I get what he/she/it meant.
"What does that say about the current leadership? It needs to change, thats what it says."
Don't worry, come 2014, IT WILL!
"....helpless....."
Don't worry, it's still your country, and we will take care of you. Unless you booked that flight to Somalia.
"Well McConnell was able to avoid a big confrontation which might have cost him the election in 2014."
Even Freepers know Mitch The Turtle is vulnerable.

(76 posts)for people that take Drudge as a News Source. Unfortunately, there are far more than we acknowledge. It's like a mental health issue.
NICO9000
(970 posts)In the WaPo story a week or so back that had the quote from Tagg that his dad wanted to be president less than anybody he'd ever seen. At the beginning of the article, it stated that Mittens first checked Drudge to see how the election was going on Election Day. Not CNN, MSNBC, Faux, ABC, or CBS - fucking Matt Drudge! I really can't wait for the book about this campaign to come out. There's bound to be loads of stories like this one.

(56,828 posts)and, I mean a lot, think all Drudge does is post headlines from various news sources thinking he is an unbiased source. (it's just headlines, how can Drudge be biased?)
They don't realize that Drudge selects specific headlines to conform & affirm with the daily Republican Talking Points.

(333 posts)In fact if anybody has been considering him to be wimpy, it's been Cenk Ugyur from the Young Turks. I take everything he says with a grain of salt, especially after one of his episodes where he declared broken-clock candidate Gary Johnson the "true progressive" in the election.
