The Senate is now in recess until January 21st.
So nothing will be happening for the next two weeks regarding filibuster reform until probably the earliest January 22nd.

The Senate stands in recess under the provisions of S.Con.Res.3. The Senate will meet at 11:30am on Monday, January 21, 2013 for the Joint Session for the Inaugural Ceremonies. The Senate will recess upon conclusion of the Joint Session.

Senate Floor Schedule for Tuesday, January 22, 2013

Convenes: 10:00am
Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business for debate only until 12:30pm with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

This will give the Puritopian branch of our party some time to cool off. Republicans need our support right now, not further humiliation and "getting stuff done".

we have to work on those votes during those days. Boxer and Leahy are both on the fence for example.
